  • VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

    VENDOR SET UP IS BETWEEN 5AM-6:30AM NO LATER or you will not be able to set up... traffic is to heavy to get cars in and out.

    You may drop tables and canopies off FRIDAY July 10th between 8am-5:30pm so all you have to do is setup first thing Saturday..... no product will/should be left overnight)  


  • The San Tan Valley Farmer's Market ALLOWS ALL PRODUCE VENDORS to participate. We DO NOT limit Produce vendors

    Backyard gardens, farms, etc..

    WE DO NOT CHARGE FARMERS BOOTH FEE FARMERS ARE FREE 

  • I hereby affirm that I have read and understand the above rules/regulations and consent to abide by the rules/regulations established. I further agree that if myself or my organization does not meet these requirements or abide by these rules/regulations, I/we will be asked to leave without refund of rental fee.

    I also understand that there are no refunds or booth transfers of any kind.  Food Vendors MUST have the proper paper work needed in Pinal County as it’s not the Farmers Market responsibility to make sure I have the proper documentation, however if we ask for documentation, I must be able to provide it. The farmers Market is providing the establishment it is my responsibility to have everything required. I lso understand I must supply my own table and chairs (setup).

    San Tan Valley Farmers Market & Bazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Absolutely NO vehicles may enter outside vendor areas between 7am-12pm. Also no cars may be parked at your booth sites during the event. Failure to do so may result in a fine from Pinal County. You must observe and obey all rules concerning moving or parking of vehicles. MUST NOT packup/breakdown prior to 12pm all these are NO EXCEPTIONS.

    You are responsible for cleaning the area around your booth continuously during the entire event.

    By participating in the STV Farmers Market & Bazaar, you agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth. We also reserve the right to change set rules, policies, fees, and business hours at any time. You may also visit www.santanvalleyfarmersmarket.com.

    The STV Farmers Market & Bazaar reserves the right to reject ANY vendor application/contract. All booths, displays, stands, etc and held in conjunction with the INSIDE Bazaar must be approved in ADVANCE. Every individual, business or organization planning to participate in the Bazaar must complete this application by doing so you agree with the terms, policies, and goals of the San Tan Valley Farmers Market & Bazaar. THE STV Farmers Market & Bazaar RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM(S) OR DISPLAYS FROM THE PROPERTY.

    STV Farmers Market & Bazaar is not responsible for the collection of vendor sale taxes. STV Farmers Market & Bazaar is not responsible for loss of valuables due to theft or accidents. All vendors must be set up and prepared 15 minutes before event begins.

    No vendor will be allowed to sell items bearing the name or logo of the STV Farmers Market & Bazaar, unless prior written permission has been granted by the event committee/coordinators.
