Thank you for your interest in The STV Farmers Market & Bazaar, we look forward to your participation. EVERY SATURDAY 8-2pm (October - April?) All vendors must provide their own table, chairs, shelter, electricity and display structures.
OUTSIDE Booth Set Up: SET UP: Saturdays between 7:00am – 8am Take Down: 2 pm NO EARLIER THAN 2 (NO EXCEPTIONS)INSIDE Booth Set Up: Monday/Tuesday: 8 am to 5 pm * Wednesday-Friday: 8 am to 6 pm * Sunday: 9 am to 1 pm VENDING HOURS: Saturday 8:00am – 2:00pm Absolutely NO vehicles may be parked at booth sites. You must observe and obey all rules concerning moving or parking of vehicles. For insurance reasons, no loading or unloading is allowed during Market hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. You are responsible for cleaning the area around your booth continuously during the entire event. By participating in the STV Farmers Market & Bazaar, you agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth. The STV Farmers Market & Bazaar reserves the right to reject ANY vendor application/contract. All booths, displays, stands, etc and held in conjunction with the Bazaar must be approved in ADVANCE. Every individual, business or organization planning to participate in the Bazaar must complete this application. THE STV Farmers Market & Bazaar RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM(S) FROM THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS. Booth Policies/Rules STV Farmers Market & Bazaar is not responsible for the collection of taxes. STV Farmers Market & Bazaar is not responsible for loss of valuables due to theft or accidents. All vendors must be set up and prepared 10 minutes before event begins. No vendor will be allowed to sell items bearing the name or logo of the STV Farmers Market & Bazaar, unless prior written permission has been granted by the event committee.
